Pendleton Olive Estate
Pendleton Olive Estate is a proudly South Australian, family-owned olive oil producer with deep roots in the Limestone Coast region—a place named Pendleton as early as 1869. Their groves of over 240,000 trees thrive on ancient soils rich in natural drainage and irrigated by an underground aquifer under a Mediterranean climate that delivers rainy winters and warm summers. Using modern first cold-press techniques in their state‐of-the-art, HACCP accredited mill, they produce natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil that captures the full flavour, antioxidants, and freshness of freshly harvested olives. Originally established as a pioneering olive mill by Frank Agostino and Richard Whiting, the company has grown into Australia’s largest producer of extra virgin olive oil and expanded its range to include premium infusions, vinegars, and dukkah—all while maintaining their family legacy and commitment to quality.
