Nullamunjie is an Australian extra virgin olive oil producer located in Tongio, eastern Victoria, near Mount Stawell and the Tambo River. The groves grow olives traditionally from Tuscany—Frantoio, Correggiola, Leccino, and Pendolino—and have around 3,000 trees planted since 1998. The area’s climate, similar to Tuscany, and rocky soil, which helps develop flavor, support the trees. They follow organic practices without pesticides, herbicides, or artificial fertilizers. Harvesting occurs from May, after flowering in October and November. The oil is produced from trees grown in a region with a climate and soil conditions suited to olive cultivation.
