Main Ridge Olive Company was founded in 2017 by Tim and Grace Jupp, who started with a small-scale olive-growing and pressing project. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, they now produce premium olive oil and table olives from groves in areas like Main Ridge, Red Hill, Rye, and Flinders. The company focuses on cold-pressing olives within six hours of harvest and naturally fermenting table olives for 12–18 months. They manage their own groves and processing, ensuring quality through hands-on involvement. Their products are available in over 20 local stores, restaurants, and farm gates. They also offer cold-pressing services to other growers. The process from tree to shelf involves only 2-3 people, emphasizing simplicity and care.
