Cockatoo Grove
Cockatoo Grove is an Australian olive oil producer located on historic Cobram Station near the Upper Murray River. They grow certified organic extra virgin olive oil using European olive trees in red soil, with the region’s cool, sunny winters and long, hot summers aiding ripening. Established in 1996 by Ken and Joan Dugan, the grove uses a computer-controlled underground drip irrigation system to save water. Olives are pressed on-site shortly after harvest and stored in oxygen-free stainless steel tanks to maintain quality. The oil is 100% Australian and suitable for cooking, salads, and baking.
