Adelaide Hills Harvest
Adelaide Hills Harvest, founded in 2018 by Robert, Bessy, and Algis, is a family-operated producer drawing from their cultural heritage of the Balkans and Baltics, offering organic products that reflect traditional methods and natural ingredients. Inspired by a trip to the Balkans, the trio specialise in small-batch sourdough breads, cold-smoked meats, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil—sourced from a single local orchard and pressed on-site within hours of harvesting, alongside other preservative-free, additive-free specialties. Their focus is on sustainability and they prioritise organic, locally grown produce, heirloom livestock, and recyclable packaging, while supporting regional farmers.
