Torzi Matthews produces Una Prestige as a single-varietal Koroneiki EVOO sourced exclusively from the Kudla Grove in South Australia’s Adelaide Plains. This small-lot oil reflects 25 years of cultivation of the Koroneiki variety, known for its intensity, bitterness, and robust flavor profile.

The grove has been dry-farmed for the past six years to encourage tree resilience and concentration of flavor. Harvested in the 2024 season, the oil is cold-extracted and unfiltered, yielding 500 x 375ml bottles. It presents as a deeply green oil with aromatic intensity, suited to applications such as bruschetta, salads, pasta, risotto, soups, grilled fish, and vegetables.

Koroneiki, traditionally associated with Greek olive oil production, is noted for its challenging cultivation due to its viscous fruit and pronounced bitterness. The Kudla Grove’s climate—warm and dry—provides conditions for consistent expression of the varietal’s signature characteristics, resulting in a harmonious and assertive EVOO.
