Cockatoo Grove's Signature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a certified organic, single estate product. It is produced from olives harvested and first cold-pressed onsite within hours of picking for freshness.

The Signature range reflects the seasonal characteristics of the annual olive crop, typically with a vibrant fruity taste and a pleasant peppery finish. It is designed to maximise antioxidants through expedited processing. The grove, located on the Murray River near Cobram, has been family-operated since 1996, with production focused on maintaining quality and flavour through careful seasonal olive selection.

Availability varies by harvest cycle, and often expected around late May to early June.
