The oil features aromas of ripe apple and almond, with hints of green grass, citrus leaf, and a peppery finish. It is recommended for drizzling over finished dishes or dipping crusty bread and fresh crudités.

Availability aligns with the annual harvest cycle, with new stock expected late May to early June for restocks.
