3drops makes a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil produced in Western Australia, 15 kilometers southwest of Mt Barker in the Great Southern region. Established in 1998 on a family farm, their premium olive oil is a blend of Frantoio, Koroneiki, Manzanillo and Nevadillo Blanco varieties. Golden green in color, it offers herbaceous and fruity character with persistent pungent notes. The oil achieves balance through a combination of olive fruit freshness, bitterness, and pungency. Cultivated in loamy gravelly soil under cool climate conditions, the olive trees are naturally irrigated with high-quality fresh water from the property.
